Prodigy Stemcell offers therapies that harness the body’s regenerative capabilities to bring patients hope and options. Existing pain management therapies have been great for suppressing pain by masking discomfort with medications such as cortisone, opiates, or anti-inflammatory medications.

These treatments work well for relief, but they don’t actually FIX the PROBLEM! It’s like placing a Bandaid over the issue, but the underlying painful issue remains.
PRODIGY DIRECTORS
Angelo J. Caprio- Partner, Communications Director
AJ is a graduate of the University of Scranton, majoring in communications. After a long successful career in the telecom
industry, his interest has always been with athletes and in the medical world. Growing up in a family of medical doctors
and those in the medical industry, he gravitated towards pain management due to personal injuries through athletic and
his connection to the sports world:
- Tore his right bicep in June 2019 and had bicep surgery. He experienced a quick recovery due to stem cells.
- Torn labrum (left shoulder) treated august 2019, recovered in weeks.
- Torn rotator cuff (right shoulder) treated January 2020, healed through stem cell treatments.
This is where he co-founded Integrated Pain Management with his father, specializing in non-opioid & stem cell
treatments and a focus on athletes, which in turn became a founding member of Prodigy Stem Cell. Working with over
1000 athletes (NFL, collegiate, amateur, UFC, MMA, boxing, WWE and more), Prodigy Stem Cell is the go to for athletes
of every level looking to get back to their expertise safer and quicker, or back to their day to day lives.
Pete Caruso- Partner, Director of Business Development:
Pete, the original founder of Prodigy Stem Cell, has a background spanning over 3 decades in the sports world. Pete has
also worked in the financial world for a good number of years where he was a successful financial and business
development executive, coaching a multitude of industry sales personnel. Upon the discovery of an elite product,
combining his two worlds was "just what the doctor ordered" as he saw an opportunity to partner with doctor's offices
far and wide to deliver it to their patients looking to build on their careers from a physical, health standpoint.
Thomas Lore- Partner, Director of Operations:
Tom graduated from Pace University with a BBA in Accounting. With an overwhelming desire to help build companies
from the ground up, Tom took on the challenging role of national sales manager in the financial industry in NY, where he
built a strong and rather large sales team. After 4 successful years Tom then went into the outside sales world seeking a
new challenge, where he worked in some of the toughest sales roles that the financial industry could offer. He would
quickly excel as one of the top sales executives in a short period of time. Through all his financial experiences, Tom's true
passion was in the health and wellness industry. The excitement of combining his vast business knowledge with his
intriguing interest in the medical field brought him to Prodigy Stem Cell, where he helps lay the ground work for a
continued successful career.
BOARD MEMBERS & CONSULTANTS
Dr. Angelo Caprio, MD:
Dr. Caprio has 35 years of combined experience as an MD, including my experience in the aesthetic industry. He spent
the majority of his life serving our country as a Marine and finished his career as the SMO of Groton Submarine Base
with the Reserves. Dr. Caprio attended Medical School at L’ University di Roma where he graduated in 1980 and
attended Tulane University where he received his Masters in Medical Management until recently growing a passion for
the pain management and stem cell industry. As an owner of Integrated Pain Management and recent label of Top
Doctor 2020, he strives to ensure only the best care for his clientele with a highly knowledgeable and skilled team. When
he’s not at the medical office or hospital, you can expect him working on one of his many committees, including being
Chairman of the American Board of Medical Quality and Treasurer of the American College of Medical Quality, as well as
a Board Member of Prodigy Stem Cell.
Dr. Manesh Patel, MD
Dr. Manish B. Patel, owner of Sixth Borough Medical in Jersey City, NJ, has an experienced, well-studied, and diverse
medical background. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University, where he also
studied biomechanics and human performance engineering. Later, he received a Doctorate Degree from Lake Erie
College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following graduation, Dr. Patel completed post-graduate medical training at Mercy
Hospital of Philadelphia, Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, and Larkin Community Hospital. Working as a pain medicine fellow,
physical medicine and rehabilitation resident, Dr. Manish Patel fully understands the pain management landscape. Prior
to opening Sixth Borough Medical in 2018, additionally worked for two years as an urgent care physician in West Palm
Beach, Florida.
